Valuation code is 045 This is the second time I have visited the store and on both occasion I was served by Lynda who is very helpful and friendly, she listens to what I was looking for and was very helpful in helping me to find it. The first time I bought a king size bed base and this time I have bought a double bed base and mattress. I have been very happy with my first purchase and hope that I will be happy with this purchase. My only sadness is that I had wanted an earlier delivery but was unable to get it.

The service received by Abdi was amazing. I came in for two tempur pillows and he allowed me to try the pillow on any bed and gave me time to pick and dealt with my pickiness!

We really did have an experience that is reflected by our five-star rating for all aspects of our visit. 1. The staff were friendly, helpful, clear, polite - just the right balance, including volunteering the odd thing we forgot to ask - eg type of mattress spring. 2. When we asked questions, the staff again proved really helpful, giving us the answers we asked for - eg the differences between similar products. 3. We were looking for two good-quality single divans which we could optionally push together to become a double bed. You had these in stock, and with a range of styles (eg with/without drawers) and mattresses. The combination of mattresses and beds was flexible. So you had exactly what we wanted, and we were able to tailor details of several choices to our needs. 4. Though shopping in London (Acton branch), we wanted delivery to Edinburgh some weeks into the future. No problem, all easily arranged. 5. Summary: lovely, helpful but unpushy staff who seemed to enjoy their jobs; a wide range of choice for the shopper; super-flexible over delivery. Absolutely great. Thanks!

Saba the sales assistant was honest, extremely friendly and nothing was a bothered to her on our second business. No pressure to commit, we went in to buy a mattress only and after spending time with Saba we bought 2 full beds. She was amazing.
