As we walked into the shop, a member of staff said she would be with us shortly. The member of staff introduced herself as Saba and asked what exactly are we looking for, then showed us some frames and mattress. Saba throughly went through everything with us, which helped us to make up our minds and made a purchase. We also asked her about a single bed for a very small room, and we was so excited that she mentioned a day bed, which we never knew about, and showed us some then we purchased one as well. Was seen to straight away , and the service I had was 1st class, very pleased with the help I received.....

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The salesman I dealt with, was knowledgeable and gave me time to think. I really appreciated that as I don't like pushy salesmen.

It was a dreadful day weather wise but the store was warm and well stocked and the assistant was friendly and knowledgable. We were allowed ample time to try out the mattresses and queries were answered promptly and knowedgably

My husband and I went mattresses shopping at Dreams and the minute we stepped in the store, we were greeted by lovely lady (Saba) who was all smiles and very welcoming. We explained her what we were looking for and she made mattresses shopping a fun and wonderful experience for us. She was great, she even explained to us how to take care of mattresses (somethings I did not know such as hoovering mattress) which is excellent help. We were very happy with the customer service we received and Dreams have turned into one of our number 1 stores. We certainly will be advocating Dreams online and also to family and friends.
