We came to the acton branch. Abdi looked after us from from the moment we came in. My partner and i havent bought a bed before and thought it would be a cold sterile experience. His warm greeting was perfect. He gave the correct amount knowledge, permission to try the beds and space to decide on what to pick. He did this while looking after other customers yet still keeping contact with us. Upon returning he was the same and remembered or names.A top employee. His colleagues at the desk were also charming and friendly. So good ive even taken the time to complete this chore
