As a customer service mgr with a lge retailer I appreciate good service the attention I was given the knowledge of the colleague and checking what was the best offer for us Came across genuine and friendly His name was Martin

The salesman gave good advice and I never felt pressurised or uncomfortable while trying to decide about my choice. He was also very helpful in telling me about other products dreams offer.

I shopped in Dreams Acton and Dipeche was extremely helpful and informative and provided me with all the information I needed to acquire the right bed - mattress and frame. Thank you.

The Dreams colleague Martin was very professional and knew his product range,he asked specific questions which helped both parties to understand what we wanted.He explained the billing process and necessary add ons and we didn't feel under pressure to except from a hard sale.Martin thanked us as we walked away to think about the product we returned because the product was what we decided to buy,this wouldn't of been achieved if Martin didn't take his time with us. Very pleasant individual.Well Done Martin.
