Dreams - Acton

We were highly satisfied with our experience at this Dreams when we shopped there on Saturday 26th May. As soon as we entered an assistant - Dipash - came to help us. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us several beds and mattresses we were interested in and explained the merits of each item we looked at. He had a good knowledge of the items on display and had a friendly and easy manner. I even was offered and had a nice cup of tea whilst we were there! Delivery was arranged very quickly and so was the paperwork. We would definitely recommend Dreams to anyone who was looking for a bed.

I was served by Martin who was kind enough to carry my matters to my car for me

The assistant I met by name Martin when all the way to wait for me when I said I was in traffic by then it past the closing time .He waited patiently for me and my husband and gave us all the necessary asstance whilst offering us water to quench our thirst

I visited the Action store and was served by Lynda. She was fantastic - gave me room to browse myself while making herself approachable and available whenever I had questions. Her product knowledge was excellent and was able to share information so I received the best value for money.
