The assistant was very knowledge, customer person take time to explain the product giving other options. He was hands on explaining the benfit of the different beds and mattress. Make you feel valued interacting throughout the whole process.

The assistant Depeche was most helpful. He advised me about the three mattresses, their merits , and allowed me to select the mattress which best suited my son.There was no pressure to buy, but I did buy the mattress I wanted , the next day.

I was Highly Satisfied with my experience at this Dreams as the staff member Dipeche was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I feel that he went out of his way to help me choose the correct product and was also exceptionally honest about prices, products, longevity of products etc.

As soon as I walked in the store I was met with a smile and helpful suggestions. I explained my situation and once we'd established a divan style bed was best suited for me, my needs were met in no time. I tested out mattresses, picked out colours for frames and a headboard, before I knew it I was getting extra pillows and waterproof mattress protectors. All in all it was a great experience for a first time "bed buyer" I appreciate the assistance!
