Generally or overall services and products meet our criteria as very good. The limited parking space is the only concern but we were lucky to come early and get a space.

Good selection, friendly staff

The show products were readily available and the staff friendly and helpful without being overbearing which was all the more impressive as they had just suffered a break in.

I made an inquiry on the phone , the sales person Linda was polite and knowledgeable. She reserved the item for me but wanted me to be happy with the purchase before making payment. On arrival , she attended to me immediately, processed the order quickly and arranged for the bed to be wrapped for delivery . The whole process was expedient , I could not have asked for more !

Customer service was above and beyond despite the number of customers in the store. I didn’t feel like the sales man was trying to,upsell. Rather he considered my needs and listened to what I wanted

The Dreams Colleague Martin was extremely knowledgeable on all the products which helped me to choose the correct product that suited myself and my partner. He gave us time and space to consider our options and make a decision.

As the customer service was very helpful for everything

Ms Lynda was very friendly and helpful I visited the store during sale and their was a good variety of options that suits everyone need
