We went to the store to get ourselves a bed and we are very happy with the one we purchased. They had a lot to choose from in a store and staff were just amazing. Our sales person was named Lynda - very lovely lady. She offered us coffee tea or water. That was so nice of them. Coffee tasted perfect, the service was outstanding. We were helped to choose the best for our budget and needs. So overall - 5 star rating! Thank you again.

I was assisted by Martin in the East Acton store he was very helpful and friendly and very funny, despite not having the bed we bought on display in store he was very attentive and informative.

My daughter needed a new bed and while on the internet noticed sale at Dreams, I printed off a list of mattresses from the website within a price range which she took with her to the store. As I was paying for it the information provided by the staff regarding payment was very helpful and not to mention I had to visit the store in person for security reasons was a minor inconvenience. Ended up ordering two bases and mattresses the same day.... Brilliant Service - Thank You...
