Martin and his colleague were extremely helpful, finding exactly the mattress which indeed 'met our dreams' in terms of the right quality for a reasonable price. We had not necessarily intended to buy that day but it just seemed so straightforward and such a good deal that we could not resist. We were offered coffee and a seat whilst the paperwork was sorted and it was easy to find and park. A very efficient and friendly service.

Saba was very friendly, greeting me when I entered the store and ensured I was confident with my purchase commitment before proceeding. She ensured my needs were met with budget and comfort before making her recommendations and topped it off with a brilliant package including bedding I wasn't aware Dreams sold, which made my experience that extra bit special.

It was a very painless visit to the store as our assistant Lynda helped with all our needs.

This is my second time I buy beds and mattresses from Dreams , first time from your old shop on Knightsbridge , and this is my second time although I brought my friend two years ago Mrs Hajar she bought her beds and mattresses from you , and I always recommend Dreams to my friends , good quality and reasonable prices with good service .

We were approached by Lynda, who welcomed us and offered us assistance. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and she also gave us to time to look around and decide on the product we wanted. There was a good balance of assistance and advice and time to browse without feeling pressurised or uncomfortable. We felt relaxed and all our questions were answered. We received great value for money and the product range was substantial. Lynda was friendly and helpful and Dreams made our shopping experience a pleasurable one.
