Martin from the Acton store was so helpful and friendly. I was interested in a particular mattress and after we had made an in store visit I rang Martin to see if there were any discounts available. He remembered serving us even though it had been a few weeks since our visit and he let us know that there was a half price deal on an ex display mattress - the same one we had already picked out. So we were very happy to come in store so Martin could show us the mattress and we bought it immediately. Excellent customer service.

Very helpful staff , great knowledge of mattresses. Even offered tea or coffee whist choosing our bed .

Friendly staff

Saba looked after us, she was not pushy, her knowledge was excellent and she had an answer to every question, some of the headboards were a bit grubby. I run my own shop and would love to have a staff member like her,

Salesperson (Lynda) was very helpful and was able to provide answers to all our questions. Options were discussed eg levels of mattress, colour options, headboard etc. We were given lots of time to make our decision. Company policies were explained clearly. Additional insurance cover explained. Deilevery at a time to suit us.

Martin was really helpful without being too pushy he answered all of our questions recommended mattresses and bases overall very professional in the knowledge of his job.

The sales lady (Lynda) was very friendly and helpful and left us to our own devices until we required assistance. She did not pressurise us into a sale, which was nice.

Saba, my salesperson, took a lot of time to show me a real range of beds with the specifics I wanted. She never rushed me and answered all my questions, making useful suggestions. As I use a walking stick, she kindly helped carry the items which were coming home with me prior to receiving my new bed. Absolute masterclass in salesmanship. Well done.
