The lady serving us (Lynda) was absolutely fantastic she was so knowledgeable and really took time to understand our needs. She was very honest about the products which helped us feel totally comfortable and very confident in our purchase. She is a real asset to your team and we were very impressed with her level of service and professionalism.

The customer advisor (Javon) was very patient and his calm, polite manner allowed us to ask him questions about mattresses and bed frames on offer and he was knowledgeable about these when we asked for comparisons with other offers in store.

The sales staff were very friendly especially LYNDA the lady who assisted me and my mother. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We were offered a drink and a seat for my mother. Lynda asked me questions of what I was looking for and showed me several mattresses and gave me a suitable pillow to try with each mattress.

The Staff member Martin in Acton knew his trade and we were shown a variety of beds and then conspicuously disappeared so that we could make our minds up. He was very friendly and approachable. He found my details on the computer and it was very easy except the part where my husband had to produce his wallet LOL!!! Thank you Dreams

Lynda, the Assistant was very helpful, we got on well and she understood my requirements. I made a quick decision in more than ten minutes and made my purchase and all this was down to Lynda and her helpfulness and knowledge Thank you
