We received service, it was an easy experience buying a bed.

Great store - very clean and huge choice . Staff very helpful and knowledgable.

I made two visits, my first visit Martin was excellent gave me enough space to test the beds & provided me with all my options. 2nd visit Usman continued the helpful manner was very patient whilst I changed my mind several times. I was offered tea by another colleague. I was never felt rushed and all my questions were answered

This was my second time at the store but this time I was with my wife, as the first time I was seen in a good friendly manners and given a very good information on products that help my wife and me to decide the bed frames and matters to get together with pillows, we even got offer drinks during the time we where there. The staff at the Acton branch were very welcoming and kind.Martin sat with myself my mother and explained the different types of mattresses in great details. The other woman (forgot her name sadly) offered us a tea which is appreciated in this freezing weather. The price was reasonable and the process quick and easy. We were offered a 8 year guarantee for a reasonable price which is ideal for a house with children. Overall a great experience and I would will be shopping in dreams and recommending to friends in future.

Lynda the sales asstanince was very welcoming and helpful. Lynda made sure got the right pillow I needed. Also the store was very clean and tidy.

Lynda was friendly and kind - and her colleagues seemed so too. We were offered coffee and all the information we required.

We were left alone to try all the mattresses out which made shopping a delight . No pressure from the sales staff but when we needed the salesman was there giving his advice.

We had a very good experience at Dreams. This was our first time shopping with you and I imagine we will again in future. Martin the staff member was really helpful. He was friendly with our children and offered us drinks. He asked all the right questions and we felt very listened to. We had originally come in intending to spend £500-£600 as our last mattress almost lasted 5 years. Martin pointed us towards a really good quality mattress that was a fair bit beyond our budget. He was able to make a small reduction in price, which although still much more than our original budget, we were happy to pay as we felt this mattress should last closer to 8 years. He also asked about our current pillows and pointed out it'd probably be good to replace them at this stage, so he pointed out a few pillows and we picked a pair that were really comfortable. Overall it was a really positive experience and I feel like we've purchased a good quality product, which I can't wait to sleep on.
