Javon at the Acton store was very helpful, we weren't sure we would find something to fit our needs and our budget but once we explained what we needed Javon found exactly the right mattress and gave us a great price for one of the display models. He got our order sorted very quickly and even got our delivery arranged on Good Friday.

Saba was friendly and helpful. She gave us time and space to make the decision but was attentive enough with information and advice.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and made us a cup of coffee. Martin who looked after us was fabulous. He was friendly and knowledgeable and was very efficent

Lynda the store assistant was very helpful and kind. I’ve had no previous knowledge of mattresses and what I was looking for and Lynda very patiently talked me through the available options. The other lady in the store was very lovely too. I was offered a beverage and made to feel very comfortable in this slightly awkward situation of laying on beds in a store. I completely forgot where I was due to the excellent service that Lynda and her colleague provided which made me feel completely at ease. I ended up buying an expensive mattress but at no point did I feel like I was pressured to buy anything. The whole process was genuinely helpful and informative so I really felt confident about my decision.

Saba and her colleague greeted us. We had called ahead and were very pleased to find there was parking in the rear (Acton). She was so helpful. We knew which one we wanted potentially and she explained everything. Provided us with drinks as we were worn out. It was a very positive experience.

The salesman (Martin) listened to request for a mattress and found one to suit our needs. No sales pressure, which made shopping a pleasure. We enjoyed the tea .
