The customer service was very good. Martin was very friendly, approachable and patient with us. He tried his best to fulfil our requirements, he helped us find the right product with our short delivery window.

The young man Javan presented us with all the possibilities and was highly conversant with the products. He did not pressuris or rush me ant the availability of time was of no consequence. He listened carefully to all my questions giving full feedback and information. He helped with arrangement for delivery highlighting relevant information on the order form. I left feeling fully satisfied that l could contact him in the future for any reason. Please send my thanks for his excellent service.

The salesperson who assisted me, Martin, was very knowledgeable of the products which helped me make a decision on what was a very important purchase. The bed was delivered within the time range quoted, staff were efficient, and I'm pleased to say, having slept on it for a week, the bed itself is very comfortable.
