The staff member Lynda and her colleague were very helpful and friendly, and ensured I get what I was looking for.

We used the sleep match system to help us decide what to get and we are happy with what we chose in the end. Service of the staff was amazing and would definitely recommend the store and return there for my next purchase

Really enjoyed trying the bed experience to get the best fit mattress for me and the colleague was very helpful when we were stuck. While we was looking around got offered a drink which was nice thing to do. The knowledge given by the colleague Martin was a big help and we will be popping back in soon to get a new bed for the mother.

Lynda was the lady that looked after me, once I explained what I was looking for she suggested I try the computer generated bed that would help her identify what mattress would suit me best. We went through the options and she was very helpful in identify all the mattresses that I was looking being careful to explain each items positives i.e. how many springs were in the mattress, whether I would need to turn it and how often etc. I was offered a drink and made to feel very welcome. I did say to Lynda at the time that this was the best experience I've had when buying a product. 100/100. Thank you

Literally a ‘Dream’ come true! We picked a good time to go into the store as it was not busy. The sales assistant Javon was great. Exactly my type of shopping experience he didn’t pounce on us as soon as we walked in but offered his assistance as we were browsing. Laying on the bed for the simulation was a unique experience but it was Javon’s expertise in not only showing us the recommended choices but also adjusting to our needs and in the end we found the perfect mattress. The nice touch was trying a comfy pillow with the mattress for a full experience. He knew everything there was to know and it felt honest and not pushy at all. We also ended up getting a bed for my son and a mattress that will last him based on Javon’s recommendations which varied in affordability. We ended up leaving so excited about our purchases and spending enough time that we were happy with our choice but not too long that we felt we wasted time.
