THE SALES ADVISOR, USMAN, WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL. ALSO HIS COLLEGUE WAS EXCELLENT!

From the moment I walked through the doors of the East Acton store, I was greeted in a professional and warm manner by Usman and I told him what I was looking for. He suggested I tried the Sleepmatch machine and as it was a very warm day asked if I’d like a drink and then immediately fetched a cold water. I then used the machine and Usman advised which type of mattress would be suitable. The first two I tried were out of my budget but Usman didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about this, he just let me try those he’d suggested until I found the right one that was comfortable AND within my budget. When I returned to the store the following day I was greeted warmly and again offered a cold drink. Usman and his colleague were professional and friendly at all times.

Could not fault Usman,even when I went in for help on what frame and mattress i needed. Answered all my questions clearly and in a Way i could understand. On day of purchase Usman remember me,which i found brilliant, he explained credit details and what extras i could have purchased. Usman is a credit to the company and it was a pleasure to do business with him.

Firstly we were daunted by the prospect of going through the minefield of finding the right mattress, but our fears were unfounded when Lynda explained how she could help with our decision. She introduced us to sleepmatch which analysed our body and our sleeping needs, this produced a fact sheet and then she proceeded to show us our options. Feather pillows were produced to help with our natural sleep position as we tried all the options and within 20 mins we had made our choice . During the selection process we were offered a cup of coffee. Our whole experience was amazing from the time we walked into the store which made our spend of over a thousand pounds much more palatable,
