We were greated by a true gent named "Martin" in the Acton store, who on arrival gave us some time to look around but then came over and listened carefully to our needs. He then proceeded to provide us with water, which to some might not mean much, but we were so thirsty as it was rather muggy outside so to us it meant the world :) Little things like that persuaded us we had made the right decision. We managed to get a brand new Mattress + Frame within an hour or so. The process overall was a 10/10 and will definitely be returning for more pillows, duvets etc. Would 100% recommend.
