I went into the store twice over the weekend and each time Lynda and Saba were very helpful, thoughtful and very informative. I managed to get my mattress at half price so everything was excellent.

Staff was v informed of the products and offered us sound advice

I was met by Lynda as I walked through the door. I wasn’t sure what kind of mattress I needed as I suffer from back and neck pain so she suggested going on a machine which worked out what kind of mattress my body needed. Lynda then took me to try all the mattresses it had suggested, even getting a pillow similar to the one I have at home so I could really get the feel of the mattresses.

We were helped without feeling pressurised into buying.

Martin was pride friendly helpful and knowledgeable. We did not feel rushed and had every opportunity to try each and every mattress, with helpful guidance as to suitability for us both. Placing the order and payment was easy with a preferred delivery date available. A follow up call to confirm size of mattress was dealt with efficiently as was payment of the outstanding amount due with a clear explanation as to what would happen re delivery, for example text message to be sent with 2 hour window for delivery.

The lady who helped me (Saba) was very polite and helpful.
