All this combined ensures that I am a returning customer and making sure that my family grow up and live their lives by having a good nights sleep (and a day time nap) on a Dreams mattress. We’re all very well rested thanks to Dreams!

Martin the salesman was extremely helpful and took his time explaining about all the products eg spring foam etc and letting me try the sleep match machine.All in all it was athroughly enjoyable experience and I felt as if I made the right choice in coming inside that particular store. Saba provided me with excellent customer service. In walking into the store she was with another customer but came over to me and said 'if you take a seat, I will be over to you in 5 minutes' - she spent time with me to ask what I was looking for and did not want to rush me. When it came to a decision on which bed, Saba allowed me all the time I needed to choose (even offering me a drink!). At time of purchase, Saba gave me all the details clearly and provided me with multiple options! Excellent service that I have not received in a very long time!!

The lady that served us was not pushy she told us to have a good look around before we choose , although we new the bed we wanted she was very knowledgeable.

The assistant listened and did her best to help & meet our needs, with patience & professionalism
