I was highly satisfied with the consideration given to my needs by the sales representative (Lynda). The visit was efficient and I was matched with a bed that suits my needs, as a result of the in-store technology. I would highly recommend dreams to my friends and will return to the store for any further needs.

Well, first of all before I went to store I browse through online and I decided to go to store to try out the mattress but unfortunately they didn’t have so, that’s one of the reasons I put the quality of product N/A because I haven’t tried it but the person that served me was called Martine and he assured me it’s quality and it also comes with free mattress protector( waterproof) which obviously I need and he also mentioned if I was to purchase the mattress I would get 4 pillows for £25 pound the good thing is he also said on top of 1year guarantee, I pay £25 pound for 5 years guarantee ( I think that’s what he said if I am not mistaken) anyway he was brilliant salesman and very polite, helpful and knowledgeable so I purchased it there and then

We walked into Dreams Acton store and were immediately greeted and guided throughout the whole visit by friendly Lynda. I warned her we will need all the help possible but she seemed pleased with a challenge. She offered us drinks while we were being measured and scanned by a SleepMatch- what a great technology! After receiving our results and discussing our budget she showed us a range of different mattresses and provided us with preferred pillows- memory foam and feather filled- and patiently followed us with the pillows while we were just lying down and rolling around different setups. After making our final decision we actually decided to enjoy the 20% off a bed frame when a mattress is bought and picked a beautiful sturdy wooden Moore bed. Lynda talked us through the paperwork and listened to all our needs. We purchased extra insurance cover if something was to happen to our mattress, paid extra for Saturday delivery and recycling of an old mattress and a bed. Lynda provided us with a plastic cover for our old mattress and gave us a mattress protector worth £40 as a gift. She was warm, knowledgeable and we already recommended the store to all our friends. Great experience!
