Dreams - Acton

Martin at the Acton store was fantastic. Listened to our requirements and we were in and out, sorted very quickly. This is our second purchase with dreams.

We were served by Lynda, she explain to us the difference between mattresses. She escort us on the sleepmatch machine and also offered a Coffee. She was very patient and friendly. I highly recommend it.

I chose Highly Satisfied because when I enter the shop, I am welcome with friendly, kind and helpful people. They don’t hesitate to ask for anything; I also get asked if I want tea or coffee. Another reason is that the shop contains vintage, modern and high-quality products with a reasonable price.

The sales lady Saba went out if her way to help me and even though she had a serious IT problems she managed to do a clerical claim so we did not have to remain in store for a long time I visited the Acton Branch in London W3. I will definitely go back there again.

Was not planning on buying a bed. But the assistant sold it to me and gave me an extra discount which made it worth placing an order on the day

There was great assistance from staff who had great knowledge about the product I was interested in. The only down side to dreams is that you don't deliver on Saturdays and the charge for collecting the items goes up with no discount

Offered to use the sleep match service which was great as I had no idea where to start with picking a mattress. Lynda was extremely helpful and understood what I was looking for and it didn’t feel like I was being pressured into buying the most expensive mattress on offer.

The store personnel was very helpful and making sure the goods you want and if it suitable for your needs Example (mattress) he ask you what support you looking for and the type of mattress you would like and what price range you would like If your not sure what kind you wanted that’s will support your need he would advise you to check it out on the bed equipment that it would choose the suitable one for you
