Our visit to dreams was under incredibly stressful circumstances, as we are due to move into an unfurnished home during the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. We were able to visit the store during the published quiet times and were impressed to see that there was even an option to book a private visit to the store to reduce risk. As soon as we got there, Leo welcomed us warmly and put us at ease immediately. Listening carefully to our needs and thoroughly explaining the ways in which he could help us make a decision on our mattress purchase. We were invited to use the sleep match machine, offered tea and refreshments throughout our visit, all while receiving the utmost attention and help with all of our questions. We even ended up buying some pillows, which we hadn't intended to do! We tried a variety of mattresses in store, and despite being initially dubious about the 'sleep match' found that it generated an excellent selection of suitable mattresses for us to try. Leo was the perfect salesman, knowledgeable about the products (and finance options) but not at all pushy. I am so glad we came into store and not just online/from amazon etc. We will definitely be back! Thanks Leo!

Leo first served me with an enquiry over the phone and was very pleasant. He then invited me in the store to conduct a sleep match to confirm the mattress I was after was an appropriate selection. In store he attended to me immediately, was again very pleasant, explained the process and offered me a drink , which was very welcomed. He was efficient in explaining the sleep match procedure to me and also assisted by getting me a pillow similar to the one I would use at home to give a more authentic representation when I tried the actual mattress I wanted to purchase. His attention to detail and pleasant nature made me very confident in my purchase with him.

Staff was very helpful and explained, everything, to my satisfaction, he also took his time, was very attentive, helpful and friendly.

Martin, the Sales person was very helpful. He showed us around the various beds, gave us advice based on our needs. He shared expert knowledge and we were very impressed with the sleep analysis mattress, which helped us decide the beset mattress for us. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.
