A sales associate approached us within minutes. He explained what we required to do to keep safe whilst in store. Provided us with water, hand sanitiser, gloves etc. He was extremely helpful in his approach. Correct social distancing markings in store. The sales associate searched online to get the bed I had seen on the website. He was very efficient in setting up the order and assisted in getting a duvet and pillow set. Overall it was a smooth experience in store to get the products we required.

Our visit to dreams was under incredibly stressful circumstances, as we are due to move into an unfurnished home during the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. We were able to visit the store during the published quiet times and were impressed to see that there was even an option to book a private visit to the store to reduce risk. As soon as we got there, Leo welcomed us warmly and put us at ease immediately. Listening carefully to our needs and thoroughly explaining the ways in which he could help us make a decision on our mattress purchase. We were invited to use the sleep match machine, offered tea and refreshments throughout our visit, all while receiving the utmost attention and help with all of our questions. We even ended up buying some pillows, which we hadn't intended to do! We tried a variety of mattresses in store, and despite being initially dubious about the 'sleep match' found that it generated an excellent selection of suitable mattresses for us to try. Leo was the perfect salesman, knowledgeable about the products (and finance options) but not at all pushy. I am so glad we came into store and not just online/from amazon etc. We will definitely be back! Thanks Leo!
