well because there was no body except me in the store I got great service. I thought the bed that you lie in and tells you what you should buy is great, it cuts time.

Lynda the sales assistant is why I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams. On arrival very pleasant greeting, advised about Covid hygiene, explained every stage from bed assessment at every mattress station. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain comparisons. She always reminded me that the choice is "what is comfortable for you". That is important as people can be influenced by the preference of the sales assistant. I was encouraged to return the next day with my husband. The same amount of time I spent sampling mattresses was given to my husband as his assessment was different to mine. As the Covid protectors got damaged due to mattress sampling, Lynda was keen to replace them. She did not invade our space when sampling the beds. I had to find her (although she was nearby) to continue onto the next bed. She explained the 40 return and that if we decided on a cheaper mattress we could lose money. Again this is important to understand. At no time at all was I rushed on both day I visited the store. Lynda was our assistant from the time we entered the door right to payment and being let out the store to the car park. Well done Lynda!
