We visited the East Acton shop and were served by Lynda, who was helpful, charming and sensitive to our needs. She is an excellent well-informed saleswoman who understood our requirements very quickly.

Lynda was fantastic, she was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. She did her best to offer us the best product within our budget, since we are both on furlough working for an airline. The whole team were very empathetic and did what they could to share ways we could reduce costs, in this case they suggested the display mattress would meet our needs. Lynda made the time to be available for all our questions, and we never felt rushed. The store was very safe, they explained everything regarding COVID-19 and the safe guards in place. Please can you ensure she is thanked again and made our Sunday afternoon experience relaxing and enjoyable, best of all we left with the mattress we wanted. Thank you to the store and we will definitely return to the store again when we can afford a new bed frame.

The team were all to hand to help, and helped us find the perfect mattress for our preferences and budget. They didn’t overly try to upsell us – however we still went with the extended warranty as it made sense. I felt safe considering CV-19, and Dreams went above and beyond to protect us and the mattresses from contamination. We bought the mattress we tried first, it was a perfect match. Leo and the team in Acton provided outstanding customer service.
