I came to the store as a complete novice and little understanding of the sort of bed needed and in particular a suitable mattress. I visited the Acton branch, was immediately greeted by Leo who was very helpfully from the offset. He asked me questions, gave me very good insight into the type of mattresses suitable as well as slats too,his product knowledge was exceptional and attention to detail first class. He kindly gave me the opportunity to lay on the computerised machine & establish a suitable mattress type, then proceeded to discuss the make up to the firm mattresses - he left me with a sense of confidence and greater understanding of what I was buying. I work in sales too (directly opposite the store)and honestly feel people buy into people - his clear, concise and willing to listen attitude gave me the confidence to spend more time and make a purchase - In fact I bought 3 beds. Leo was excellent throughout my visit and is a great asset to the store - shame he will be moving on - Highly recommend him to friends/family as well as customers who buy homes from me. I trust he‘ll be rewarded for his efforts. Thank you Leo.

Thought the Sales assistant Linda was excellent. She gave us some water on a boiling hot day and let us have a look around without pestering us. And when we needed her, she was excellent. Really knew her stuff

We visited the East Acton shop and were served by Lynda, who was helpful, charming and sensitive to our needs. She is an excellent well-informed saleswoman who understood our requirements very quickly.
