Excellent customer service. The attendant, Martin, provided all the information we needed to buy our new bed and mattress, we did the sleepmatch experience and he guided us through the store showing all the kind of mattress and beds with all the safe conditions. He understood our needs and provided the correct mattress and bed. We are very happy with our new acquisition.

Carlos the assistant that helped us was an expert on all the products. He went above and beyond to make sure we know what we were buying, he couldn't of been any more helpful.

Extra bonus was that there was no other customer in the store during our time there (except near the end). We were seen to very quickly. Given the space and time when we wanted it, and right there ready to assist when needed. Knowledgeable and friendly.
