The sales team were excellent. Professional and knowledgeable on all the products. We were served by Azhar. He was great. Everyone was so friendly. A great experience. I chose a bed and mattress. He gave me all the information I needed to make a choice.

I was satisfied with the service l received as the agent took he's time and explained each bed / matress he showed. I also was very impressed with the Dreams bed/ matress tester which provides a report at the end which helped with the choosing of the matress/ bed. The only thing that was a bit of a shock at the end was all the other charges,i.e. delivery, removal and assembly etc. I understand that these are all services - but it was a bit of a shock after spending all that money.

I was greeted quickly upon entry, Linda the sales person listened to what I was looking for and made every effort to match my needs to the products. Nothing was to much or too little from her point of view, she just wanted to ensure I got what I wanted. Amazing store manager too, very attentive, offered drinks, which made for a very pleasant experience. Good job all around.

The lady who served us at the store in Acton (Lynda) was extremely pleasant and very helpful. She contacted me afterwards to offer an earlier delivery date which was appreciated.

Saba was great! We arrived a bit late to our appointment and she offered us a drink. Then got started. We did the machine to find the perfect mattress and then went to try different mattresses. At first they were well above our budget but Saba was very understanding and helped us find the perfect mattress and deal that was right for us.
