Saba was great at assisting us to select our bed. She was extremely helpful and patient with us as we took ages to decide and we also had our 2 young boys with us. Mattress has now arrived and it's very comfortable do far! (Still waiting for final confirmation from the husband though)

Excellent customer service. The attendant, Martin, provided all the information we needed to buy our new bed and mattress, we did the sleepmatch experience and he guided us through the store showing all the kind of mattress and beds with all the safe conditions. He understood our needs and provided the correct mattress and bed. We are very happy with our new acquisition.
