The store was very clean with hand sanitizer at entrance. Other customers without masks and who never sanitized where asked not to touch items. This was very reassuring. The customer service was also very good. The sales assistant Lynda was very helpful and patience, allowing us time to think about our options. We was offered water and was able to sample the beds with something placed on top to lie on. We was treated very nicely which appreciated and helped us to buy the products we came for.

Extremely knowledgable, approachable and knew when to give us space to discuss the options. Carlos couldn't have done more for us, and whilst we ended up spending more than we anticipated, we are happy with the purchase especially given the 0% finance options. We felt that we could rely on Carlos' knowledge and experience when it came to choosing the right mattress for us, which ultimately made us more comfortable going above our budget.

He was very knowledgeable of all products. He listened to what I wanted and my needs and gave me lots of options to look at. He really want above and beyond to assist me. It has been a while since I have experienced excellent customer service. I felt very comfortable and safe with the safety measures that are in place. I definitely will be back and will recommend Dreams to everyone.

It was an excellent experience. The two ladies were so professional. Initially a delivery date was not available which suit our needs. However we came to an excellent compromise. We purchased an item which was ex display and given a cover and pillows free of charge. We have arranged our own collection for tomorrow so my daughter will have her items before she gets back from her honeymoon. One of the two lovely ladies had the same name as my daughter which was Saba. That them started a new conversation.

Although the actual base in the colour I wanted was not available, I saw swatches so that was satisfactory, the whole process was informative, friendly, not rushed.
