after I arrived home from placing my order for a new mattress I rang the store (Acton) and asked if a delivery time on Tuesday 02 June 2015 could be placed for any time after 12pm as I was at work in the morning, but the woman who answered was very abrupt and just said it was not possible would have to wait for delivery people to contact me and if I was not available there was nothing could be done! This awful service and if I had known that I am expected to wait in all day for delivery of my mattress I would definitely have found another outlet to purchase my mattress from.

I choosed different frame and different was delivered to me This was done on perpuse by one seller in store Did inform about everything I did waste my time by calling customer service and waiting for redelivery

I am 8months pregnant and my husband and I visited Dreams a few times, the last time we visited and actually did the purchase, we didn't feel that we were served appropriately. The sales person was too aarogant and pushy and when we asked question he was very aggressive to repeat what he may have told my husband etc.

Lack of communication from colleagues. Inability to place and order. Two occasions when a delivery was assured but did not turn up. I cancelled plans on saturday to wait for a delivery which did not turn up. I booked the day of work to wait for a delivery the following tuesday which did not turn up and I have now had to cancel plans for this weekend to wait for a delivery that was due on two previous occasions.
