It took a long time to be served, as the staff could only accommodate 1 set of customers at a time. Also, the ordering system seemed to be very slow, which is why it took such a long time. The same happened on a previous visit about 9 months ago.

Store could do with modernising.

The items i purchased was at half price.

I received excellent service, especially by the salesman, Jeff. What I am unsatisfied with is that it will be a month before the bed will be delivered. When you are competing with online stores that can do next day delivery, I think a month or even just two weeks is quite a long timescale. And it's clearly not a problem with getting the mattress from supplier, it sounds like a problem of capacity. I recommend expanding your delivery capacity. I also find it strange that no-one ever seems to answer the phone, ever. However they do respond fairly quickly if you leave a message.

As the product i saw on the website was not known to the sales person

Store does not offer sunday delivery and as I work monday to Friday and every other Saturday I now have a three week wait for product
