The only negative feedback I have is that at no stage was I advised there as a delivery charge included, having spent nearly £500 on a bed I had expected this to be free.

Your IT system that managed collating my order and pricing it was very clunky. It kept crashing on the store assistant. She also had to manually calculate totals. It also didn't store the price quote. I had to come back the next day (delays due to Barclays finance being approved). The poor sales assistant had to re-enter the whole order. Please please do invest in a more user friendly sales system.

Mattress was on offer and we understood the reduced price would not reduce further; we were not informed the price would go up. We returned to purchase the mattress after our holiday to find the product was £100 more expensive despite there being another summer sale promotion in progress.

There was a computer failure and so I had to return the following day to make the payment and have my delivery date approved.
