One reason was how filthy the car park is full of rubbish just left on the floor . Second was some of the beds where not completely clean (minor dust) personally I think it's the small details that count but still our assistant was more than very useful offering us a tea when she came over to us and very down to earth

I would like to thank Waseem who assisted us on arrival. He had a wealth of knowledge that he shared with us. No pressure sales because we left to think and look at other products. We felt at ease to return. Super sales man.

I needed the product on the same day but I could not collect it because they said I needed at least 3 hours after placing the order to collect it.

The fact that I only got free delivery when I said I was going to place my order online

I am a business man myself, and therefore I would expect the store manager to be a little more forthcoming when offering a good deal (only kept offering free delivery), especially when I as a customer is showing that I am willing to spend more than £1200 within 5 minutes after arrival on items not on sale. I am also a little bit disappointed that the store assistant Lynda could not negotiate herself, but constantly had to ask the store manager for advise / permission while he was servicing other customers.

I think the layout of the store could be a bit more welcoming. The lighting wasn't very relaxing.

The assistant was very helpful.

A wider selection of beds could be on offer.

I suffer with a very bad back, I explained my problem and the sales assistant pointed me in the right direction of what mattress to buy being very knowledgable of the product

We were expecting better January sales in store, however that wasn't the case. Also, it seemed there wasn't enough choice on display within the store so it was very difficult to select the items we were looking for.
