Jeff was great. The products were readily available and delivery was within a couple of weeks. It look longer than I had expected to place the order.

The in store purchase was good and made easy. Myself and my partner were able to purchase the correct bed and mattress. However what let everything down was the arrangement of delivery. We had agreed with the in store advisor that delivery would be made on the Saturday on time for when we move in. However there was a mistake somewhere even after point of sale where we made it clear several times it would be delivered on a Saturday. To then receive a message saying delivery will be on the Friday, this has now ruined our plans of moving in to our first new home together and has put everything on hold for a week, therefor killing the overall experience with dreams

only two staff in the showroom and not able to talk to manager regarding delivery fee charging both ways specially we are a pensioner.We ask if they can take my old mattress without charging because we think £72.00 pound is to much for delivery only and taking away old mattress.
