I'm a returning customer & as a residential Property Finder, I renovate a lot of houses. I tried to order a mattress online & the whole PAy Pal malarkey was really annoying & stressful. 5 attempts for my order & for some reason my dob was not acceptable. It appears if the delivery address is different to my (home) billing card address - the online order DOESN'T go through. Huh??! Why? I then had to call up & pay for a cab to proceed to the closest Dreams showroom in Acton to personally present my card to arrange my order. Just silly - when online would have been easy & more convenient. Having said that but Simon in the Acton store was helpful, and really very helpful with all my queries. I upgraded because of his advice. Lindy

The assistant Lynda was polite, seems honest in what she said to us, provide advise and did the same on our return. We were very please she did her job

There were some confusion about 1) The base which lead to 2) a difference between the price at the shop and on-line
