I found some of the prices higher than other beds suppliers. Despite this, the sales advisor was very helpful.

Martin our assistant at the Acton store was very helpful, but the store and his colleague were experiencing some payment issues with another customer that did cause a bit of distraction for our service. However, Martin tried his best in the circumstances. I would suggest that training in the IT systems is given as both Martin and his colleague did not seems clear on this.

Sabah, the lady who served us at Acton Dreams shop, was very friendly and kind. she explained us everything and pointed us exactly what we were looking for. We are now very happy with our mattress!

For the amount spent, I do not believe a £38 charge per mattress collected for disposal is justified.

I wanted delivery on the saturday and the earliest available date was the on tuesday after which left us with no mattress for two days.

Range of ottomans is very limited and all expensive. The one I chose takes 3 weeks to be delivered.

It was not so much the products prices but the additional costs such a disposal and delivery costs which dampens the mood as the price you see for the products is not the ultimate price
