Shop seems outdated. It wasn't clear which bed would meet our height requirements so required a lot of measuring and trying. Not much detailed info on cushions either. Also, material and colour choices were very limited.

We had a very good experience overall. The only things that make it slightly below 'highly satisfied' was that the beds we were looking at kept being moved around so we had trouble going back and retrying a bit (although it was apologized for). Also, trying to get some advice on the differences or most preferred was a bit vague, but, again, understand it's a difficult thing to define.

I was waiting for the Orchard mattresses to be discounted and on my previous visit the member of staff promised to text me when they were, but didn't. I found out about the sale offer online.

Because it’s my first time and I haven’t received my items yet for that reason only I chose satisfied .

No reason apart from me not having enough money to purchase a different bed.
