The staff were very friendly and welcoming and showed me a range of products. The only thing i wish they had was a bigger range of more-affordable products, for people looking not to majorly fork-out on a bed. However, with that being said, this will probably be the best quality bed I've owned. Sometimes a little more money is worth the quality.

I thought the sales assistant was excellent but had to buy a different product to the one I really liked because the delivery of the one I really liked was too long.

There were members of staff that appeared to have nothing better to do and spent the entire time talk and checking their phones, while I was discussing my needs with one of your agents.

Expected the price of the particular bed to bed cheaper especially having bought two beds at the same time and compared to other dealers, l wasn’t satisfied nor disatisfied with the product.

because i was purchasing close to the value of 3,000 so i expected some appreciation by providing me a free mattress cover worth only 75 pounds, the lady was nice enough to check with the manager which implied it should be fine, but the manager rejected, it would've been a small gesture as its only 75 worth of freebie but my order is close to 3 grand worth, when the manager rejected my request i was going to cancel my order and walk out, but i didn't want to upset the sales lady was very kind enough to answer all our queries and we spend maybe 2 hours in there before placing our order, that's why i felt bad to cancel and walk away so i continued and purchased the items despite the store manager in Acton refusing to provide a free mattress cover
