Leo from Dream Acton was very nice and helpful. Once we had decided on a bed the extras offered as a package were not to our liking. The delivery was estimated to be 4 weeks, which is too long between buying and receiving a bed, especially one this expensive, and we still don't have an actual delivery date as one could not be put through on the system. The employees took great care to adhere to hygiene and social distancing rules. Overall, it was a fine experience but not amazing.

The only thing that made me not fully satisfied are the delivery times for my order and even longer for the headboard.

I was looking pillow case for the pillows that I brought but I was told you don’t longer sell pillow case

Generally I was satisfied and the staff were friendly but I had to wait a bit and also the store itself is a bit tatty.

The colleague was very nice,patient and kind to me. I loved my product. I had a cup of tea that was very amusing.

Staff were brilliant as were range of products; Satisfied as opposed to Highly Satisfied due to the higher price point compared to most alternatives, but hopefully my business also proves that I thought this was ultimately worth it. It means that Dreams is a strong consideration rather than a no-brainer for future purchases but I had a pleasant experience.
