I was asked to complete the survey but when I tried yesterday the survey online required the time of purchase which I could not find on the paperwork. I completed this one because it did not require the details.

I was highly satisfied the experience with dreams specially with the staff Lynda based in Acton. She explained everything and was approachable to ask questions and gave us the oppourgunity to try the beds suitable for my mum. The only problem I had were the delivery date was very long . I have to wait a month but I was expecting the to gs delivered within few days up to to a week the latest for important personal reasons.

Leo from Dream Acton was very nice and helpful. Once we had decided on a bed the extras offered as a package were not to our liking. The delivery was estimated to be 4 weeks, which is too long between buying and receiving a bed, especially one this expensive, and we still don't have an actual delivery date as one could not be put through on the system. The employees took great care to adhere to hygiene and social distancing rules. Overall, it was a fine experience but not amazing.
