The service and products were excellent. The big disappointment was how scared the assistant was about the covid situation. I almost walked out after she made me use hand sanitiser. I own my own business and never pressurise my customers to wear a mask or sanitise hands etc, especially if they are to spend over a thousand pounds! It's covid not ebola and every one has a 1metre social distancing except dreams which has the old2 meter rule, which has been reduced to 1 meter in the rest of the country. If a person feels they are vulnerable because of their weight or age, they should shield at home and not work, as it is not professional and almost resulted in no sale!
