Jeff from dreams was a lovely bloke who gave great advice and helped us pick a great bed.

Assistance was offered promptly and with obvious knowledge. Happy with the advice to test the mattress as I would if I was sleeping. Delivery dates and collection of old mattresses were available on dates that suited me

The employee who served us was very polite and knew everything we asked. The shop was quite small but luckily it had the mattress we were looking for and they matched the price to the one on the High street.

Myself & my husband had an occasion to visit this branch after being dissatisfied with the lack of help and information we received from another branch. The difference in customer care and attention was marked. The staff could not have been more helpful, they were attentive, sympathetic and wasted no time in resolving the problem we had with the previous branch. It was a real pleasure being served by them and we wished we had gone to this branch initially.

The sales person was very friendly and informative. And arranged delivery for us.

Very Polite lady hospitable and very well spoken and I think she knows her job well.
