The staff were politre, friendly and very helpful.

I was served by Syed today who very attentive to my needs. He actively listened to what my requirements and showed me a variety of bed frames and mattresses that were suitable. He offered me tea/coffee and fully explained how the bed and mattress would be delivered. Before I paid for the items he went through the invoice and the terms and conditions of the purchase. I found him to be very professional and extremely polite and he took a keen interest to find out what exactly I was looking for.

As soon as I entered the store I was approached by Jeff who assisted me straightaway. He was very helpful and explained all about the ottoman bed I was interested in. He was calm, professional and confident which made me feel at ease and I enjoyed my time there.

We got to the store around after 5 pm and mr syed stayed behind even beyond closing time he never hostile to us he listen he wasn't in hurry to push us out even when it was after closing time highly impressed very very happy

I always shop at Dreams in Acton. I did so for my house in Shepherd's Bush and for my two rented flats in Clerkenwell. First of all, the store has a good selection of beds and bed linen, the staff is friendly and assistance is always available and the last, but not least, the parking behind the store is a big plus, especially for the large items you purchase. I would suggest to arrange parking in front of the store on a busy A40 which would add up to success of the store. Most drivers who pass don't know that the parking is available.

We were looked after by Jeff who was the perfect salesman who had excellent knowledge of the product but was not pushy. I completely trusted his advice he made the whole transaction very pleasant.

I have been thinking about buying a new mattress for some time so it was pretty easy to finally make my decision.

It was the best and easiest buy in a long time. Very professional and happy stuff. Knowledgeable, helpful, happy. I really enjoyed my visit. After my purchase I spent another 20 min trying the mattress I bought, looking around. I wasn't over looked or bothered. I even wanted to change my mattress and they had no problem with the idea, but in the end I didn't. I really enjoyed my time spent at Dreams in Acton.

My mum who has had a nasty fall a week ago and have a compression fracture of her back has been unable to sleep in her bed as she cannot get herself up. We asked how long it would take to get a rise and recline bed delivered. Nick Frost at the Crawley Gatwick Road store was so helpful and said he may be able to get a bed from stock but there was only a mattress available. He then said that we could have the bed that was only display in store. We are all very grateful as most places we had tried said that the delivery would be at least 4 to 6 weeks. We cannot fault the service we received. He even arranged a courier delivery for that day . Thank you so much.

Staff friendliness and knowledge, also patient and helpful. Don't let Jeff Myers retire, if he gets to old for the physical stuff hire someone to push his chair around and do the heavy lifting for him. Put your new staff with him for proper on the job training. Oh and before I forget, his lovely young assistant also had delightful bedside manner. As for am I happy with the quality and value, the bed hasn't even been delivered yet. Ask me again in a year.
