Our shop assistant guided us very well and gave us good information about the products.

The salesman was very friendly and began by welcoming us to Dreams and offered us liquid refreshment. He explained what was available in detail and invited us to try the mattresses for comfort. Having made our choice the salesman took our order explaining everything including delivery and collection of our old bed.

Man provided what I needed and didn't over sell

Assistance was immediate but not too pushy. Given the time to try beds and pillows at leisure. Clear explanation of credit options. Friendly and welcoming service.

Colleague knew the products extremely well; he made me a cup of tea and made me feel welcome; he allowed me to try all the mattresses.

Aftab was amazing and lovely to deal with.

As a result of a tecnichal fault with the system,the store was not able to process my financial agreement on the day of my purchase.Syed kindly offered to post me the agreement and requested to post it back to the store post signature.Unfortunately the agreement had not reached the store prior to the order delivery date and the store was not able to go ahead with the delivery.Due to time constraints I was not able to visit the store to sign the agreement prior to their closure at 6pm.The store manager Aftab from the Acton branch went out of his way to bring the agreement for my signature,the night prior to the delivery.I have witnessed and experience excellent customer service but this was truly exceptional service.The timely act enabled me to receive my delivery on time and enjoy my comfortable sleep,Thank You Adam and Chris for delivery and assembly and Thank you Dreams!!!
