The main reason why my partner and I were highly satisfied is due to the customer service received by Jeff. He was very approachable and knowledgeable. He offered us a drink and made us feel very welcome with a pleasant smile and greeting. One of the most important aspects for us is that we did not feel pressured into buying or making a decision, it was very much personalised for our needs. Jeff seems a real credit to the store and company

Jeff, who assisted us, helped us find the bed that was right for us and also in our price range - he wasn't pushy, he was interested to find out our needs and to help us in any way he could.

This is the second purchase I have made from Dreams as I was very satisfied last time. The sales staff are attentive and knowledgeable but not pushy, I had time to browse without being hassled. The delivery guys went out of their way to put the mattress on the bed for me, while I was at work; I was fully expecting to have to come home and do this. They removed all rubbish and did an excellent job.

right from the start we were warmly greeted and given all the information we needed. we were left to browse and try the mattresses in our own time and even offered a cup of tea. very friendly, very helpful and reassuring in our decision making but never pushy or persuasive. a most pleasant and satisfying experience . excellent sales assistant lady with the perfect approach and peoples skills.

As landlord, whenever I come to shop at Dreams Acton store, Aftab is always very helpful explain the new products and discounted one. The store is very well located with free parking at the back, which is a luxury for London shoppers

When I entered the store I was greeted by sales man. Told him what I wanted and he showed me several different options. It was a hot day. Nearly 30 degrees so it was nice to be offered a bottle of cold water. Syed was professional, attentive, fast, efficient and friendly. Excellent customer service
