Linda was so helpful and friendly. She walked me through each type of Mattress. She did understand my needs and eventually I made the purchase.she stayed later after the closure hours to make sure my finance application went through.

The salesperson Jeff professionally and plesently assisted us with our choice of bed, he went beyond the closing time of the store on that day 6pm. We left feeling very satisfied with the bed and service received. Very friendly staff and store.

The whole experience of shopping for a mattress was pleasant. When I came in and started looking around, someone came over to offer me assistance. He ascertained what I wanted and showed me a few options, then left me alone to try out the various mattresses. This is VERY important - the worst thing is to have a sales assistant hovering nearby when you're trying to make a decision. I didn't feel pressured in any way to purchase a mattress and this made the whole shopping experience very pleasant.
