Very knowledgable service from Lynda who was excellent, efficient and friendly.

Jeff from Swiss Cottage was an excellent sales consultant, he didn't crowd us but was there when we needed assistance. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable and genuine throughout our purchase. The store facilities are average, it was Jeff who made our experience excellent.

Aftab, the seller was very kind and he knows well the product. We had an answer everytime we had a question and he tried to acommodate the delivery for the day that we needed.

we were attended to straight away and jeff was very helpful and the staff pretented not to mind my kids running around and trying all the beds too!

The sales assistant Jeff was amazing. He was very informative and explained to us about the different types of mattresses and the comfort levels and gave us excellent advice.

The attention to Detail of what we wanted was very good everything was explained clearly Linda was very helpful and offered us tea coffee or water and made our visit pleasant. We would certainly use this store again.

we had a friendly welcome as we entered the shop. we had a good look around and was greeted by a member of staff called jeff who was most helpful and friendly but not pestering as some places could be. he was there to assist when we needed to ask questions but let us feel free to look around too. nice to be offered a drink too! he also was very efficient when putting our order through overall a very good service and experience
