I actually phoned this store for assistance as customer services were not available. Dependant on stock for mattresses I couldn't seem to get a date for pre Christmas delivery. Jeff was incredibly helpful,calling back with options available and booking a space pre Christmas for delivery.

Kenneth and manny were the people who delivered and assembled my bed frame and they were exceptional and extremely helpful. They assembled my bed frame efficiently and it was not to time consuming and they were friendly and communicated with me effectively. They ensured that I was satisfied and they provided me with all the contact details necessary in case I had an queries I was extremely pleased with the service they provided me my Christmas is off to a great start thanks to Kenneth and manny. I will definitely shop with dreams again because of them and I will wholeheartedly recommend them to my friends and family.

Because I got what I was looking for straight away.lynde explained the different type of mattress and I understood. She was patient and gave me discount on my four pillows. Very helpfully and I was happy. I was also happy that I didn't have to pay the full amount at once just paid the deposit.

Lynda was very knowledgeable about the products. She remembered our previous visit and was able to assist us to a speedy resolution.

Very prompt and polite service - served by Aftab. Knowledgeable, knew which bed I was referring to that I had seen on the website. Explained relative benefits of different beds and mattresses clearly. Purchase completed quickly. I was also offered tea coffee or water which was a really nice touch. I had not had a good experience with the Dreams website previously and the service in the shop rescued the situation.
