Linda who assisted us was very kind and caring and seemed knowledgeable enough to help us choose the best mattress. We left and returned the next day once we had taken some time to make our decision (no pushy sales which was very gratefully received), upon our return we were greeted very quickly and didn't have to wait for Linda to be available as her manager stepped in to help the people she was with at the time in order for her to have time to place our order. Her manager in store was also very helpful and kind. The bed is due for delivery at the end of the month, so I hope the rest of the process is just as efficient!

Found a suitable product and was very easy to process the order.

I came along to purchase one bed and a mattress. I Knew the bed I wanted as I had researched it. The price bracket was great, but wasn't aware of the differences in mattresses. When I went in store I was greeted by a smiley, well informed sales person call Jeff Myers. He was excellent at showing me the different types of mattresses. He was not at all pushy, he was witty and an excellent person to deal with. I hope now the bed stands the test of time!

Your colleague Jeff #045 was most helpful and charming, without being a "pushy salesman". He indeed was a perfect salesman . Helped by the convenient placing of the range of beds, we were quickly, assisted by Jeff, able to choose the right mattresses.

The sales assistant who was helping us, was very polite and professional- gave us time, space and water to think ...thank you! Coming to the store with 3 kids he knew it wasn't a easy job for us so, he allowed us to feel the quality and ask any question we had in the mean time - if you had a rating system on staff he would be on high stars!!
